Edit Types
What Each Edit Requires
Every job is one of four fixed edit types. Know what's expected before you claim one.
A clean, ambient-paced walkthrough. No logos, no voiceover — just well-cut footage with a natural flow through the property.
What Quality Review Checks
- Cut on action. Don't let any single clip linger more than a few seconds without a reason to.
- Match exposure and white balance across clips so cuts don't jump in brightness or tone.
- Pick music that matches the pacing and mood of the walkthrough — no lyrics competing with any voiceover.
- Keep on-screen text and logos legible, on-brand, and out of the way of the visual focus.
- Follow a logical path through the property — exterior to interior, room to room. Don't jump around.
- Remove wind noise, handling noise, and clipping. Audio should be clean even where there's no voiceover.
Everything in the Value Cut, plus the realtor's logo bookended at the start and end, and a single introduction clip before the walkthrough begins.

Talking-head footage — the realtor speaking directly to camera. Focus on clean jump-cut removal and natural pacing rather than property b-roll.
